The Vice President of Broadcasting will provide executive servant-leadership responsible for delivering Family Life Radio’s Broadcast Ministry Product for mission results in a multi-state environment which includes FCC related activities, On-air Programming, Signal Growth & Expansion, and Engineering. Responsible for the quality and reliability of the ministry broadcast product in accordance with FLR quality standards.

Bachelors degree in Business or related field

5+ years of Broadcast management experience demonstrating effectiveness

5+ in MBO or Project Management

3+ years Vice President, senior management leadership experience

3+ demonstrating a keen understanding of FCC compliance, corporate

3+ environments and business strategies

Clear evidence of strong personal relationship with Jesus Christ.
